The “hands-on” nature of the instruction offers practical experience in the content areas of classroom skills development; trust activities, group initiatives, processing and facilitation skills, safety, and low and high ropes. You will develop a confident style of imparting knowledge to your students by implementing this valuable teaching method. Due to the physical nature of the activities, medical situations may preclude a participant from certain activities. A medical waiver must be signed before participating.

This class includes 3 MANDATORY days in person (July 26, August 2, August 17- 9am to 3pm) at The Farm Ropes Course 2488 Sanatoga Road, Pottstown PA 19464. The remaining course content will be completed online via Canvas.

A fourth optional attendance day will be offered on August 18th for students who would like to utilize an experiential ropes day program as a fulfillment of part of the course requirements.(Friends and family are welcome to attend on August 18th as well. Participants must be 10 or older. It would be appreciated if everyone who attend were willing to be photographed and filmed.)
