Our school board retreats begin with focusing on relationship building and deep engaging discussion of what is essential for student achievement. Our primary focus is service leadership.

Helping school board directors examine their role as leaders who invite staff or students to a higher purpose. We help school boards understand that the needs of the whole child far outreach only academic achievement.

We help them identify and reach goals to inspire and develop the best within their organization. We do this by engaging the entire board in a process that creates and invests in a shared vision, inspires each person to reflect deeply and to use everyone's unique talents to achieve that shared vision.
