Professional Development: Course Requirements

 

Our courses are designed to be relevant to you and your students. They are intended to enhance and support the diverse teaching styles of our participants. Our course requirements reflect this mentality:

• This ensures academic integrity and gives us the benefit of your expertise.

Course Requirements

• All three credit courses require 42 hours of instructional work throughout the duration of the course. Whether it is in-person class time or online alternative instruction, it is your opportunity to put your new knowledge into immediate practice. Work ranges from journals, online lecture in streaming video and audio, learning community projects, case studies and problem solving scenarios.

Active Participation

• Our courses are interactive and engaging. Our Challenge by Choice mentality encourages participants to participate to the best of their ability. We strive to grow and learn from each other.
